1. Conveying capacity: The conveying capacity of the screw conveyor refers to the amount of material conveyed in unit time. When conveying bulk materials, calculate the mass or volume of materials conveyed per hour; when delivering items, calculate the number of pieces delivered per hour. When used with linear vibrating screen, rotary vibrating screen, ultrasonic vibrating screen and other vibrating screen equipment, it is necessary to calculate the supply amount of vibrating screen and control the conveying amount. Most conveyors must be considered before design and production whether to use them with other production equipment, so that the model of the conveyor can be reasonably designed.

2. Delivery speed: Increasing the delivery speed can improve the delivery capacity. When the conveyor belt is used as a pulling device and the conveying length is large, the conveying speed is increasing day by day. However, high-speed belt conveyors require attention to vibration, noise, starting and braking. For conveyors with chains as traction elements, the conveying speed should not be too high to prevent an increase in dynamic loads. At the same time, the process control feeder should be determined according to the production process requirements.

3. Component size: The conveying component size includes conveyor belt width, slat width, hopper volume, pipe diameter and container size. The size of these components directly affects the conveying capacity of the screw conveyor.

4. Conveying length and inclination angle: The length and inclination angle of the conveyor line directly affect the total resistance and required power of the conveyor. Now there are many types of conveyors for direct parallel conveying, and some conveyors have a certain angle of inclination, so these conditions of use must be specified when selecting a screw conveyor.

5. The screw conveyor motor can choose the speed regulation motor and the ordinary motor speed regulation to control the feeding speed and the feeding amount per hour.
